Aurora Bowl

This one of a kind aurora bowl was thrown on the pottery wheel, the glazes were painted by hand and it was fired in the kiln at 2170℃.

The clay is an ivory colored ceramic stoneware with dark speckles, and is left raw on the outside of the bowl. The glazes inside the bowl are a combination of seven different colors and were applied carefully by hand, creating a stunning Aurora effect.
